My name is Eileen Galang and I am a Ph.D. Candidate in ESL Education at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. As part of my dissertation research, I am asking for assistance from key stakeholders, like YOU! I plan to assess the background and perceptions of teachers who teach English to Speakers of Other Languages, General Education classroom teachers, school administrators, and Title III district coordinators regarding the inclusion or "push-in" model for English Learners in Georgia's elementary schools.
